Amazing service at door steps. Very competitive rates (in fact very cheaper than petrol stations tyre shops), their team reach 15 minute prior to appointment time. They shown me tyres manufacturing date, explain about warranty and after sales support etc. Payment was smooth through credit card machine. Kasib and his colleague was very professional and friendly. A nail went into my tire and I had to stop on the way to work. These guys are amazing. Within minutes I sent location and tire size and with 60minutes they were there with a full sized spare and they test my old tire and replaced it and balanced it and was on my way. Much better than calling recover to put on a flimsy spare and then go to a tire shop later. Did it all at once. Amazing highly recommended. I was serviced by Rodel and Abbas and they were very professional and well informed. Excellent Customer Service!

Awesome service, from putting in an order on the website to new tyres on the car in 2 hours. Ali and Feroz were experts at what they do very quick and professional manner. Im still amazed at how quick and easy it was. The tyre prices are amazing i couldnt find a better price for the tyre anywhere in dubai. Definately recommend these guys for tyre change.

I ordered tire replacement service today from Dial-a-Tire. Within couple of hours the team arrived at the residence. Majfar and Jameel were very professional and skilled at what they do.
